Effective date: September 8, 2026

Modest Technologies Solution LLC, doing business as NOURTECH SOLUTIONS (“NOURTECH SOLUTIONS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates an information technology training school at 8101 Sandy Spring Rd, Suite 280, Laurel, MD 20707. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to mtsclass.com, to our enrollment and student services, and to the phone, email and text message communications we send.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you request information, book a consultation, apply, enroll, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, mobile and other phone numbers, the program you are interested in, your prior education or work background, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Enrollment and student records. If you enroll, we collect the records required to operate a licensed private career school in Maryland — enrollment agreements, attendance, course progress, certification exam results, tuition payments and balances, and, where you seek funded training, the eligibility and reporting information required by the funding agency.

Payment information. Tuition payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit mtsclass.com we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiry; to schedule and conduct consultations; to enroll you and deliver training; to administer attendance, certification preparation and program completion; to bill and collect tuition; to determine and document eligibility for WIOA or other funded training and to report as those programs require; to send you service messages about your classes and account; to send you information about programs, cohort start dates and enrollment where you have asked to receive it; to improve our website and programs; and to comply with our legal, regulatory and accreditation obligations, including those of the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Maryland Department of Labor.

3. Text messaging and mobile information

We send text messages to individuals who have given us express written consent to receive them. Consent is obtained through a checkbox on our website forms, through the enrollment and intake paperwork you sign at our Laurel office, or verbally during a phone consultation, in which case we record the date, time and staff member who obtained it.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of enrollment, purchase, or receiving any service from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as our customer messaging platform, is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering the service. All other categories described in Section 4 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Full details are in our SMS Terms and Conditions at https://gonourtech.com/sms-terms/.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers. With companies that perform services for us — website hosting, customer relationship management and messaging, email delivery, payment processing, scheduling, and analytics — under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing those services to us.

Funding and workforce agencies. Where you apply for WIOA or other publicly funded training, with the agency administering that funding, and only the information that program requires.

Certification and accrediting bodies. With certification vendors when you register for an exam through us, and with state regulators where required.

Legal. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of NOURTECH SOLUTIONS, our students, or others.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing except with the service providers described above who deliver the messages on our behalf.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Refusing cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

6. Data retention

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep student and financial records for the periods required by Maryland regulation, our accrediting and approving bodies, and applicable tax law, and then dispose of them securely.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or update your information, ask what information we hold about you, ask us to delete information we are not required to retain, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or stop text messages by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

9. Minors

Our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Applicants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the enrollment agreement. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party sites

Our website and messages may link to sites we do not control, including certification vendors and funding agencies. This Policy does not apply to those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will change the effective date at the top and, where the change is material, post notice on our website. Continued use of our website or services after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
